Oswalds' document monitoring service helps to safeguard your company by ensuring you are notified when companies close to yours submit changes to Companies House.

  • Monitoring of all documents filing at Companies House and advertisements in the London and Edinburgh Gazette
  • Notification alerts, triggered by a set of parameters determined by you
  • Copies of any statutory documents sent to you immediately once filed
  • Notification of change of name, directors and changes to memoranda and articles of association
  • Notification of company liquidation or receivership

Pricing structure: Monitoring of accounts is free, we only charge £18.00 + VAT when they are filed and emailed to you. An annual fee of £15.00 + VAT is charged for monitoring any other document, together with a one-off fee of £18.50 + VAT per document supplied.
