Administration
Any company can only be tax-efficient as long as its business affairs are managed and administered effectively and in the appropriate location. We can provide a number of management and administration services from our various UK and offshore centres – depending on whether the company is registered in the UK or offshore. In particular we offer:
- Professional director services in a variety of locations; we can either provide one of our own group companies to act as a corporate director or put you in touch with a number of suitable independent directors
