	Untitled Document Further draft regulations issued by DBERR DBERR has had a busy August, and a number of new draft regulations, as set out below, have been issued this month. In addition, DBERR issued a statement about the recent consultation (read here). Detail of the responses to the consultation has been added to the draft regulations part of the DBERR website next to the relevant draft regulation. The draft regulations now available include: regulations dealing with the rules for company and business names; the proposed form of model form of articles of association for private and public companies; and new fees for the inspection and copying of company records.
