    Following incorporation, we can organise; Offshore company services

    Our UK departments can register and administer offshore companies too. Those of our clients who are registering UK and offshore companies in linked transaction, sometimes prefer to deal with one office of Jordans. Where this is so, we can provide a one-stop shop in the UK, as well as offshore. As you can see, our UK operation can incorporate in a wide variety of offshore territories, including our offshore office locations of The British Virgin Islands, Cyprus, Gibraltar and Jersey.     On the other hand, many of our clients prefer to deal with one of our offshore locations for the incorporation and administration of an offshore company, or a linked transaction involving a UK and offshore company. In this regard it should be noted that our Gibraltar and Jersey offices can also incorporate in all the offshore territories listed above.
