Update on the Companies Act 2006

The Act (formerly Company Law Reform Bill) is the first fundamental review and overhaul of company law since 1985.

Although designed to benefit small businesses through a simplification of many corporate procedures, it will have a substantial impact on professional advisers who will have to come to terms with the changes and understand how they will affect both their clients and the way in which they themselves work.

Whether you are a busy professional or a company director interested in how the changes will affect you, we hope that you find this update site useful.
