Additional Services
Training
PCSec is intuitive but, in addition, we provide online help screens, operate a telephone helpdesk and run regular workshops to help users get the best out of the system – all free of charge.
We can also run on-site training for a modest charge, ranging from a short, practical induction; to a more in-depth, full day training session, tailored to your needs.
Data importing
We can supply PCSec complete with company details as filed at Companies House in place. All we need are the company names and numbers you require and we will populate the PCSec database with information including date of incorporation, registered office address, filing date of the last accounts and Annual Return and the accounting reference date.
When integrated with Incorporator and JordanWatch (our online company formations and company search modules) – data can be downloaded into PCSec to avoid having to re-key.
Data conversion
If you currently hold your company administration data in a bespoke database or other off-the-shelf software, we can most probably convert the data and then import it into PCSec. This will save you time and money re-keying data and will provide continuity of service. We can quote you for this service once we establish what format your data currently takes and what amount needs converting.
