Reports

There are many reports which can be produced automatically to ensure all statutory matters are kept up to date, for example, a printed list of the position of your companies with regard to the time limits for the filing of accounts and annual returns with Companies House.
This is a selection of some of the reports PCSec can produce:
Work schedules
The work schedules allow you to see at a glance whether any of your companies are falling behind with basic statutory requirements. It is a printed report informing you of the position of your companies with respect to holding AGMs, preparing annual returns, commencing audits, preparing accounts and more. Against each company on the report, the three events are shown as: future, imminent or overdue. You can govern how early dates move from being future to being imminent by altering the “Accounts Months Warning” field in the “Dates” database.
Registers
Register of Members, Register of Directors, Register of Secretaries, Register of Directors’ Interests, Register of Allotments, Register of Transfers, Register of Sealings and Register of Charges.
Company data sheets
These allow you to produce a snapshot of the statutory and administrative information relating to one, or a range of companies, at a given date. You can select to include as much, or as little information as you need.
Audit trail
Whenever any changes are carried out on the database PCSec will make a brief ‘behind the scenes’ note of what is done, when, and by which operator. An Audit Report may be produced to provide a listing of these details.
Unreferenced personnel
This shows personnel no longer linked to a live company.
Diary reports
A listing of diary entries on or between dates. Reports can be produced for single companies, groups of companies or all companies.
Former name search
Report on the history of a given company name.
Print/export spooled text
Each hard copy document created by PCSec including reports, events, documentation and forms, is saved into a separate spool file. These spool files may be previewed and/or printed as required.
