	Untitled Document UK director services for UK companies In certain circumstances Jordans can provide a UK corporate director for clients who require legitimate confidentiality protection or who require their UK company to be tax resident in the UK. We are also able to effect introductions to independent third party directors situated in the UK and other territories who can act for UK trading companies in appropriate circumstances. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that any third party director introduced by us has the necessary experience and credentials to provide director services. Each third party director introduced by us is required to provide us with appropriate due diligence and our company administration departments work closely with independent external directors or their introducers on a day to day basis to try and ensure that the directors are presented with matters for their decision or authorisation in a timely manner. Annual fees for director services are dependent on the responsibilities taken on by the directors. In addition, ad hoc work undertaken by the directors is charged for on a time spent basis.
