Registered Office
What is a Registered Office address?
A registered office address is required by law so that official mail - e.g. from Companies House or the Inland Revenue - can be reliably forwarded to your company. The address is often different to the company's main place of business and must be shown on the company's stationery. A company’s registered office must always be an address within the jurisdiction in which it is registered, e.g. England & Wales or Scotland.
Our services
We offer a professional Registered Office service, to companies registered in Scotland, which will allow you to use our Edinburgh address on your letterheads and stationery. All official mail is forwarded to your company in a reliable and secure approach. This service is ideal for clients who work from home or who live abroad but who need a prestigious Scottish address. Oswalds Corporate Services offer the following address:

IMPORTANT: This address must under no circumstances be used as or be advertised as a trading or general correspondence address.
We can also arrange for the provision of a registered office address for companies registered in England & Wales, if required.
