Notification alerts, triggered by a set of parameters determined by you
Copies of any statutory documents sent to you immediately once filed
Notification of change of name, directors and changes to memoranda and articles of association
Notification of company liquidation or receivership

Pricing structure: Monitoring of accounts is free, we only charge £18.00 + VAT when they are filed and emailed to you. An annual fee of £15.00 + VAT is charged for monitoring any other document, together with a one-off fee of £18.50 + VAT per document supplied.
