• Producing all documentation required to reinstate the company, including application to court and witness statements
  
• Serving court documents to relevant parties
•  Liaison with the Treasury Solicitor to obtain his consent
• Establishing any outstanding requirements from Companies House

• Serving the court order at Companies House and obtaining confirmation of restoration
