A registered office address is required by law so that official mail e.g. from Companies House or HMRC can be received by your company. The address is often different to the company’s main place of business and must be shown on the company’s stationery. Fees
Our Registered Office Service is provided under Agreement and an annual subscription of £130 + VAT. Mail forwarding charges are also applicable.
Evidence of identity
Please note that to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations 2003, we will request documentation which will enable us to verify the identity of each client prior to the instigation of the service.
