Free SIC (Standard Industry Classification) Code Converter

Companies House have introduced a new list of 5 digit SIC codes (business activity codes used on the Annual Return forms) which must be used on all Annual Returns with a made up to date from 01 October 2011 onwards.  However, Companies House will accept annual returns using the new codes before this date as they have a software conversion routine which will allow for both old & new codes before this date arrives.
