Work flow monitoring
Multiple company users can be given unique usernames and passwords and our three separate authority levels (including ‘read only’) enable you to control the access rights associated with each of them.

Users can monitor time-critical events, such as accounts and annual return filing, via work schedules, which include diary flagging facilities and reporting of outstanding situations. This allows you to stay in control of events. An unconfirmed status facility enables you to double-check actions and reduce errors, prior to statutory filing.

Automatic document production

The software provides automatic production and updating of all statutory and customary registers, minutes, resolutions, notices and statutory forms to effect changes. Our comprehensive blank forms library comes with an on-screen form-filling facility. PCSec includes guidance checklists to control these changes.

Reports

There are many reports which can be produced automatically to ensure all statutory matters are kept up to date, for example, a printed list of the position of your companies with regard to the time limits for the filing of accounts and annual returns with Companies House.

This is a selection of some of the reports PCSec can produce:

Work schedules
The work schedules allow you to see at a glance whether any of your companies are falling behind with basic statutory requirements.

Registers
Reports available include Register of Members, Register of Directors, Register of Secretaries, Register of Directors’ Interests, Register of Allotments, Register of Transfers, Register of Sealings and Register of Charges.

Company data sheets
A snapshot of the statutory and administrative information relating to one, or a range of companies, at a given date.

Audit trail
Whenever any changes are carried out on the database PCSec will make a brief ‘behind the scenes’ note of what is done, when, and by which operator.

Unreferenced personnel
This shows personnel no longer linked to a live company.

Diary reports
A listing of diary entries on or between dates. Reports can be produced for single companies, groups of companies or all companies.

Former name search
Report on the history of a given company name.

Print/export spooled text
Each hard copy document created by PCSec including reports, events, documentation and forms, is saved into a separate spool file which can be previewed and/or printed as required.
